I give this dealership a five star because of the way they handled my truck and my breakdown experience,I'm not a owner operator but they handled all my issues and we're fast,the staff were extremely courtious and not afraid to handle a issue,like the tow truck forget to remove some chains that they used to tow with,and I pointed at a mechanic to look at it and instead of saying that s not my job he handled it right away and the service desk called the tow truck back to get the chains, sometimes a little common sense makes all the difference,thank you,

Great service, specifically T.J in the evening, Shanan in morning, in parts, very helpful and has a lot of patience. I travel 102 miles to get my parts here rather than another international dealer who is 32 miles away from me. Riverview has great customer service which exceeds my expectations on every visit or phone calls to the parts department.

I had only came in to inquire about the service offered, which was not what I had been needing. However, the staff was professionally polite in answering my questions and pointing me in the direction of the help I needed.

I own a small hauling business located in the San Francisco Bay Area. I purchased a truck from Riverview International a few years ago and was extremely satisfied with their amazing customer service. Recently I inquired with them again regarding the purchase of a new truck to meet the new emissions compliance. I dealt with Pat Sawyer and I was extremely impressed with his extensive truck knowledge, professionalism, integrity, thoroughness, listening skills, and his fast responses to all inquiries. I highly recommend them and Pat Sawyer is the guy.

Recently bought a 6.0L PowerStroke diesel and needed some She'll Rotella Extended Life Coolant for a repair job on it. Fortunately they had the right product at a competitive price and hooked me up. Evening crew was available and helpful, even let me borrow a hand truck to get all of the coolant I needed out to my vehicle.

They are definitely there to help . Hard to find a parking place if your driving a truck par for the course .

Had a coolant issue in a Motorhome with a diesel engine. After calling all around Sacramento, we found the Riverview service department and they were a wonderful help. Problem fixed in less than an afternoon and charged a reasonable price for California. Thank you for your professional work!

Went in looking for A particular tie rod and tube assembly. I did not catch her name but the front parts counter person when above and beyond helping me. The tire rod assembly was off a Peterbilt and she escorted me to where all of the tire rods were at and we were able to match up the correct one. A very big thank you to her and helping me out find the parts that I needed.
